Miguel Silva

Today, we are proud to recognize Miguel Silva as our Quarterly White Glove Moment Award winner! Miguel joined Shared Imaging in July of 2022 as a Radiologic Tech Assistant in Southern California, supporting our Kaiser partners. Over the past three years, he has made a significant impact.

Miguel’s background speaks volumes about his character. Before joining Shared Imaging, he worked as a behavior interventionist for children with special needs—a role that required patience, empathy, and compassion. He also served as a counselor on a crisis text line, supporting people through some of their most difficult moments. These experiences shaped Miguel into exactly the kind of person our patients need—someone with a calming presence, a caring heart, and the ability to make others feel safe and supported. At Shared Imaging, Miguel brings these qualities forward every single day. He is task-oriented, professional, and always committed to doing the right thing. His dedication extends beyond patient care—he has truly stepped up to help onboard and support new employees, setting the tone with his professionalism and positive attitude. On top of all this, Miguel is pursuing his Nuclear Medicine degree, and we know he will be an outstanding technologist in the future!

Miguel is a great asset to your organization.  I was thrilled to hear that he plans to return to school to become a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the future.  At times when we had issues regarding PET, Miguel has always been very helpful.  He always offers solutions before I even ask.  They are the A-Team in my book.

What an awesome teammate. I appreciate your willingness to train me. You are the meaning of “white glove service”. The great customer service you show daily is refreshing. I’m ecstatic that I was given the opportunity to learn from you, and I wish to be like you when I grow up, haha!! Thank you, Miguel.

I second that.  I recognized Miguel shortly after I onboarded him. I even encouraged him to go to NM school because his work ethic impressed me. He takes the time to learn what each procedure needs. He is invaluable.
