With over 15 years of progressive experience, Josiah has mastered his role as a dedicated MRI Technologist, delivering compassionate care to adult, pediatric, outpatient, and trauma patients. Since joining the Shared Imaging family just over two years ago, Josiah has been a vital part of the team, supporting Kaiser in Southern California.

At the San Marcos campus, Josiah’s exceptional work ethic and effective communication skills foster stability and reliability. He collaborates closely with radiologists to develop and refine protocols, ensuring every examination is diagnostically precise.

As a versatile and proactive team player, Josiah goes above and beyond to ensure all shifts are covered, coordinating seamlessly with his coworkers to maintain uninterrupted patient care. His calm demeanor and welcoming attitude help put anxious patients at ease. Josiah takes the time to explain procedures, answers all questions, and maintains clear communication throughout each exam to ensure patient comfort.
