Rules & Disclaimers:
- Maximum submission of 5 pictures a week (anything in excess will not count towards your chances to win).
- Patients are not allowed to be photographed.
- Try to avoid getting client names or logos in the photos. We can photoshop these out if it’s not possible to exclude it.
- Any individual not employed by Shared Imaging must click here to complete a consent form if they are included in any of your submitted images.
