Jim Blank joined Shared Imaging as Controller in May 2019 and has been delivering White Glove service ever since!

In addition to his normal responsibilities, Jim has gone above and beyond by digging into the details to help our organization run more efficiently.

  • Refined Mobile/FT Route report to provide detail to allow the ROMs to truly understand what is driving all aspects of their financial performance, giving them the insights needed to manage and make decisions more effectively.
  • Produced fleet and transportation analytics which allows our Transportation leaders to better understand what is driving their costs and how better to manage daily, weekly and monthly logistically challenges.
  • Deconstructed our HealthNet CDCR cost structure to provide the critical information needed to justify the pricing levels needed to achieve a fair profit.
  • Despite numerous technology challenges, Jim completed the automation of our payroll information, eliminating the need for manual report creation, which saved processing time. But more importantly, it created the ability to have payroll cost recorded by unit, providing critical information to our Operations team.

In addition, Jim provides ongoing financial insight and guidance to help key Operational leaders interpret results and formulate plans which will drive improvements.
