We are proud to recognize Christina Padilla as our Quarterly White Glove Moment Award winner! Christina joined Shared Imaging in May of 2022 as a Human Resource Coordinator. Over the past three years, she has made a significant impact. Before joining Shared Imaging, Christina served as an HR Assistant, guiding recruits through each step of the hiring process with patience and clarity. She also worked as an Admissions Representative at a local college, where she supported students navigating financial and enrollment challenges to ensure they could begin their programs on time. These roles didn’t just build her skills, they shaped her into precisely the kind of person our employees value: someone with a calming presence, a caring heart, and a natural ability to make others feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen. Starting a new job can feel isolating. Onboarding introduces employees to the culture, the mission, and the people who will shape their daily experience. When employees feel welcomed and connected early on, they’re more engaged, more comfortable asking questions, and more likely to build strong relationships. At Shared Imaging, Christina brings these qualities forward every single day. She is task‑oriented, professional, and consistently committed to doing the right thing. Her dedication extends far beyond her own responsibilities—she has truly stepped up to support and onboard new employees, setting the tone with her professionalism, positivity, and genuine care for others.
